Langtang is a narrow valley sandwiched between snowy peaks to the South and the main Himalayan range along the northern Tibetan border. This valley offers stunning views of Mt. Langtang Lirung (7246m), Ganchhenpo (6388m), and Dorjelakpa (6990m).

The valley is famous for Cho Rolpa Glacier Lake (4540m), high route through Tashi Lapcha Pass (5755m) and its diverse culture. Next to the Khumbu valley where large settlement of the indigenous Sherpa people and their cultural life-style can be observed during the trek.  The trek starts from Dolakha, near Charikot, an eight-hour drive from Kathmandu. There is also the choice to continue your trek by crossing Tashi Lapcha (5755m). Technical mountaineering skills and equipment are required for this incredible adventure.
